Our services include: Daily housekeeping, laundry service, Healthy and delicious home made meals, dressing, bathing and ambulating assistance, medication administration and management, transfer assistance, feeding assistance, assistance with all daily living activities if required. Our calendar of events includes many activities to assure healthy mind and spirit. All types of assistance required by the physician is welcome in our home i.e, home health care, hospice care, medical equipment. On call Registered Nurse services available 24hr. House Doctor per family request.

Allegiance Assisted Living Home is dedicated to provide you or your loved one the best care. Levels of care include Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care. These levels of care are all available in our facility which is conveniently located in MESA. Our home like environment offers very comfortable yet elegant living room areas, very spacious bedrooms which you are welcome to furnish to your liking or use our accommodations. Our dining room provides very relaxed ahtmoshpere where home cooked meals are served by caring and compassionate caregivers. Residents can also enjoy our common area where they can entertain their friends or family visits or play board games and chat with other residents.

Room rates start at $1800.00 for a semi-private room and $ 2300.00 for a private room. Depending on the level of care that is required to ensure that the right assistance is being provided, please request a rate plan sheet that can determine the "type of care" necessary to each client. A personal interview with further plan of care will be needed to ensure that we are able to provide the right type of care for you. We are ALTCS providers currently contracted with BRIDGEWAY.
