Physical therapists, home health nurses and Hospice nurses come to our homes as ordered. Activities: passive or active range of motion, chair exercises, walking, movies, bingo, card, throwing balls, karaoke singing, drawing, coloring, puzzle, crochet/knitting, group story telling sessions: sharing residents experiences, memory of the past, their jobs, vacations, love ones, friends, places they've been that they enjoy to remember etc. Medication Management, assist with all activities of daily living: feeding, grooming, laundry, shopping, and organizing schedules to doctor appointments/outing. We provide tasteful, appealing, nutritionally-balanced meals and snacks prepared to meet special diet needs. Home services available: hairdresser, nail tech, massage therapist, podiatrist, pharmacy services, home health care including a PCP and hospice.
