Physical therapists, home health nurses and Hospice nurses come to our homes as ordered. Activities: daily chair exercises, walking, movies, bingo, card, throwing balls, karaoke singing, coloring, puzzles, group story telling. Medication Management, assist with all activities of daily living: feeding, grooming, transferring, incontinence care, laundry, shopping, and organizing schedules to doctor appointments/outing. Three nutritionally-balanced meals and snacks prepared to meet special diet needs. Home services available: hairdresser, podiatrist, pharmacy delivery services, home health care including house physician and hospice.
