Southland Home Care provides quality, full service health care to patients and clients in the comfort of their homes. We provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary in-home health care services to promote, maintain and restore health and to minimize the effects of illness and disability. Southland Home Care’s team of knowledgeable professionals is dedicated to excellent, compassionate care for patients, clients and their families. We work closely with both the patient and the physician to determine the exact level of home health care needed. The care provided may be temporary, consisting of a few days a week for a few short weeks, or it may be essential to be seen daily for a couple of months.
