At East Valley Hospice a team of physicians, nurses, social workers, home care aides, chaplains, bereavement counselors, and volunteers work together to provide comfort and companionship to patients and their families. Arizona Hospice staff members are available at all times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

One of the unique qualities of East Valley Hospice is its operation by founder, Dr. Kent Allen who believes in the medical and emotional benefits of hospice care for patients and families facing terminal illness. Dr. Allen visits each patient in their home to complete a history and physical allowing him to know each patient and their social situation. Your needs and desires guide your hospice care experience. We concentrate primarily in the east valley to ensure a rapid response time. Dr. Allen works with a devoted, compassionate hospice team sharing many years of hospice experience. Their sole purpose is to come alongside families to support them during this time of transition. Your team consists of doctors, nurses, clergy, therapists and trained volunteers to offer support in these areas of expertise. This team offers complete palliative care to relieve symptoms and give support emotionally, physically and spiritually.
